  2.  @danam0228  The whole Republican party didn't outlaw IVF. This whole issue was in Alabama and their Supreme Court. The Republican legislature fixed the problem. IVF is now protected.

  9.  @danam0228  The Republican party has not held a 2/3 majority either, so what's your point? The Democratic Party held a majority in both chambers of Congress from 1955 - 1979. Carter was President when democrats held 58 seats in the Senate and 277 seats in the House. That's more than the Republican Party has held so definitely not republicans failure.
