@pikenova48 Those counties do have socialist programs. However, they are not socialist because they also have a mixture of Capitalism. Pure socialist countries have always failed.

@pikenova48 My comment to you had nothing to do with Cuba. However, in regards to the sanctions on Cuba they have been in place since 1962 under JFK. The US exports food and medicine 275 million dollars with total assistance at over 3 billion. If Cuba would like monetary sanctions lifted from its government they should stop violating basic human rights of its citizens.
