  2. ​ @scottfarner5100  Again the Biden administration has exempted some counties from Title 42. Therefore, Title 42 has not suspended all of the laws under Title 8.

  3.  @scottfarner5100  What you fail to understand is there are countries (Columbia, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela)that are exempt from Title 42. Migrants from those countries are processed under Title 8. Also only about 30% of asylum seekers are granted asylum. So when you say that Title 42 eliminates Title 8 you are incorrect. Also Title 42xwas changed by the Biden administration in August of 2021, so it is not being used the same way the Trump administration used Title 42. Biden could have ended Title 42 a long time ago by ending the national emergency on Covid. You don't understand that this crisis at the border is of the Biden administration's own making, not Republicans or Trump's.
