@dutchdna In my rural area there has been about 5,000 cases of Covid. 44% vaccination rate and I've had my vaccine too.

@dutchdna Here is current data from the CDC. California 1,600 new cases with 51% of the population vaccinated. Texas 422 new cases with 42% of the population vaccinated. New York 852 new cases with 55% of the population vaccinated. Florida no new cases with 47% of the population vaccinated. The highest vaccinated state is Vermont with 66% of the population vaccinated. The lowest vaccinated state is Arkansas and Mississippi both with 33% of the population vaccinated. Looks like your prediction might not be correct.

@sberesford2523 I'm guessing you haven't read SB202. In that Bill there is a provision that poll workers have to monitor lines in their precincts. If voters are waiting in line for more than 1 hour, then poll workers must provide more voting machines or add more voting sites.

@sberesford2523 I didn't cherry pick. I just told you what one part of the law says regarding long lines because that's what you commented. There are several states with similar laws regarding giving out food and water. New York and Delaware have similar laws regarding food and water. By the way a poll worker can give out water or a self service area can be set up. The only thing the law limits is a third party giving food and water. A person can make donations. There is a board, but it isn't picked by just republicans and they can't just disqualify ballots for no reason. One democrat, one republican, one person each from the House and Senate. The fifth person is appointed, but cannot have made any donations or held any office for two years prior. There has to be a certain amount of drop boxes, the only difference is that they're inside instead of outside. How does it sharply limit mail in voting? I realize the time is less going from 180 days to 11 weeks. However, 11 weeks is plenty of time to request a ballot and send it back. You are the one cherry picking and grasping at straws.

@sberesford2523 Stop spreading false information. There is mandatory weekend voting on Saturday and it gives county election officials the option of Sunday voting. If those democrat controlled counties don't provide the option for Sunday voting then they are at fault. Colorado has more restrictions than Georgia.
