  1.  @cherylpatton1977  Pence had no authority by himself to delay the Electoral certification. Congress possibly could have delayed the certification, if a majority of both branches House and Senate voted to delay certification.

  3. After the certification of Electoral votes, on December 14th 2020 there was nothing McConnell, Pence, etc. could've done. At that point the judicial process was the only thing left.

  4. Biden wouldn't have to use the oil reserves if he would just cut the regulations that his administration put on in 2021.
