  3.    How is this present situation Trump's failure? He's not even the president. We're back to 2019 immigration numbers. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Our border should be closed. Instead the Biden administration has released Covid positive immigrants into our country. This is a failure from the Biden administration to protect Americans.
