The Pentagon, Pelosi, and Mayor Bowser denied the request because of the "optics" of having National Guard troops on Capitol grounds. This all came out during Steven Sund's testimony to Congress.

Biden got rid of all of Trump's policies regarding immigration. Biden isn't even following federal laws regarding immigration. Biden has more kids in those cages than Trump ever did. How many trillions of dollars can we keep borrowing? The majority of people learn to live within their means. It's time the government learn to do the same. BTW Joe Biden kept those tariffs. I guess he's screwing the common man too.
