His requests were repeatedly rejected by senior Army officers, the Sargent of Arms, and Mayor Bowser all were concerned about the "optics" of having National Guard troops at the Capitol.

  14. However, the Biden administration has a lawsuit against Georgia for their SB202 Bill. This lawsuit should be dismissed. The states have control over their elections per the Constitution.

  16.  @LYCANTHROPE1951  I think you need to do some research and fact checking. Trump didn't put in the cages. That is easily fact checked. The photo that was widely circulated was from 2014 and Obama built and used those cages. You should read the Mueller report. Mueller found no collusion or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. The Durham report has made a recent indictment of a lawyer for Hillary Clinton. Clinton and the DNC also paid for the debunked Steele dossier. Also Trump did not say anything about injecting bleach. The Charlottesville quote was taken out if context. The FBI report of 1/6 found that there was no organized effort among the extremist groups at the Capitol and that Trump had no direct communication with those groups.

  20. In 2016 several House Democrats challenged the Electoral votes received by Donald Trump from several states. They protested and shouted that Donald Trump was an illegitimate President. Joe Biden did the same thing Mike Pence did and certified the results of the election. Why wasn't that blasted all over the MSM as an attack on our "democracy"?

  26.  @willoem2  The Republican Party in the 60's were the one's responsible for the passage of the Civil Rights Act. The Democrat Party controlled every Senate seat south of the Mason Dixon line. There was no party switch. The democrats were in control of southern states government into the 90's and 2000's. Most southern states didn't reliably vote Republican until the 2000's. Historical voting data provides factual evidence debunking the party switch myth that the Democrat Party loves to push.

The only thing I will add is that in Georgia you can get an ID for free and you can also apply for one online. Georgia law already requires ID to vote in person. The new law now requires ID for absentee ballots.

Adding justices to the Supreme Court. Abolishing the Electoral College. These are all things that are the very foundation of America and they want to get rid of.

What republican is restricting the right to freedom of speech? I'm guessing you think Georgia SB202 restricts the ability to vote. Which means you haven't read the Bill. As for the republican party platform conservatism, smaller government, less regulation, pro 2nd ammendment, pro life, upholding the Constitution.

I am a retired teacher so the subject matter (history) comes almost second nature. You have provided a lot of great information in your comments.
