Comments by "Tracy Barhite" (@tracybarhite1764) on "JUST IN: Top GOP Senator Calls For Clinton, Schiff To Be 'Held Accountable' After Durham Bombshell" video.
@inspectorgeneral9175 The "someone" who lied to the FBI was a lawyer for the Clinton campaign. He lied and created "white paper" documents that were full of false information.

@Dr_JSH I never said anything about what Sussman was indicted for in my comment. Have you read the court filing? I have, Sussman was indicted for lying.

@RRL110 Read the Durham court filing. They have evidence or they wouldn't have gotten a Grand Jury indictment. Sussmann is charged with one count of making a materially false statement to the FBI. Sussmann provided "white papers" containing purported data linking candidate Trump to a Russian bank. Sussmann stated that he did not share the data with anyone else. He also stated that he did not collect this data on behalf of anyone. Durham's court filing states that Sussmann did share the data with other's and that he did collect data on behalf of the Clinton campaign. In the court filing it is stated that Sussmann billed the Clinton campaign. There were numerous other individuals involved, an IT tech, other lawyers, and researchers at a university. This is public information. Case # 21-582.

@waymonblevins6939 You haven't done your research on the KKK or who they supported. The 1965 Civil Rights Act was passed because a majority of Republicans voted to pass the legislation. I'm guessing you believe the Democrat Party lie that there was a party switch. There was no party switch. That is easily debunked by researching historical voting data. Do research on Robert Byrd. He was a Democrat Senator and a member of the KKK. Byrd also held one of the longest filibusters in history against the Civil Rights Act. He voted and remained a member of the Democrat Party. The Republican Party didn't gain control of the House in Congress until the 90's. The constituents of the southern states occasionally voted for Republican Presidential candidates. However, those same constituents voted overwhelmingly for the Democrat Party in their state and local elections. Most southern states were democrat controlled through the 80's and into the 90's.

@dutchdna I did my research. 1. Paul Manafort - Charged with financial crimes relating to his lobbying work in Ukraine. 2. Rick Gates - Charged with financial crimes, foreign lobbying, making false statements to FBI, conspiracy against the US. 3. Roger Stone - Charged with obstruction, making false statements to Congress, witness tampering. 4. Michael Cohen- Charged with making false statements and financial crimes/fraud out of New York. Michael Flynn was charged with making false statements to the FBI, but his charges were dropped.

@waymonblevins6939 With a little research, the actual voting record for both Houses of Congress shows that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 passed the Senate on a 73-to-27 vote. The Democratic supermajority in the Senate split their vote 46 (69%) for and 21 (31%) against. The Republicans, on the other hand, split their vote 27 for (82%) and 6 against (18%). Thus, the no vote consisted of 78% Democrats. Further, the infamous 74-day filibuster was led by the Southern Democrats, who overwhelmingly voted against the act. An examination of the House vote shows a similar pattern. The House voted 290 to 130 in favor. Democrats split their vote 152 (61%) to 96 (39%) while Republicans split theirs 138 (80%) to 34 (20%). The no vote consisted of 74% Democrats. Clearly, the 1964 Civil Rights Act could not have been passed without the leadership of Republicans such as Everett Dirksen and the votes of Republicans. @RRL110 If all you got is that there were ties from Trump to Russia, then you missed some information. The data research started in 2014 when Obama was President. It continued until 2017. There were 3 million connections going to Russia. Less than 1,000 were around Trump Towers and the White House. They were trying to use all of that against Trump when it was a very small amount.

@inspectorgeneral9175 Mueller was not instructed by Barr. The rule that a sitting president can't be indicted comes from the office of legal counsel.
2
@RRL110 Nice cherry picking of information or you have a reading comprehension problem. The Durham court filing says that those purported Russian cell phones that were used around the White House started in 2014. That was during Obama's Presidency. Was he talking to Russia/Putin too? The right goes on about Clinton and the left goes on about Trump. Both sides need to move on.

Members of Congress knew about most of what Durham filed in court in 2017. That's sad! The swamp establishment was complicit!

@dutchdna Those people who were convicted, were not charged with any crime regarding Russia or collusion with Russia. Most were financial crimes or making false statements to Congress.

@inspectorgeneral9175 LOL that particular rule has precedent and has been in use by the DOJ since 1973. They also said the indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions. This is not something that just came about because of Trump's impeachment.
1
@RRL110 If that was an attempted coup, then it was a very sad attempt. 700 people out of the thousands that were there at the Capitol. Those who committed crimes should be punished. There were a few hundred that got out of hand, otherwise it was a peaceful protest.
1
@RRL110 If there were crimes committed by those fake electors then they should be held accountable. However, I'm not naive. The elite establishment will never be held accountable for their actions/crimes.

@waymonblevins6939 In my comments I never said where the KKK was founded. So what facts are wrong?
1
@waymonblevins6939 I don't refute that Lincoln was a major problem for southern states. I agree the Civil War was about more than POC and slavery. A major issue was states rights. Again what did I state in my comments that were not true?
1
@waymonblevins6939 Again I never said where the KKK originated from, so there was no fact to check.
