  1.  @paddlefaster  It is the fault of congress as a whole. Democrats and Republicans. Trump and the WH offered to extend the current (now expired) programs but Pelosi and Schumer said no!

  2.  @paddlefaster  It's not that clear-cut either. You're blaming Trump when it's congress that has to negotiate. Trump said he wouldn't hold up legislation if it had funding for the Post office.
