  19.  @donyoung2185 I will agree that the auto companies needed help but Fannie and Freddie got bailed out with no repercussions. Its all business as usual. As far as Trump some big corporations did get money but Pelosi supposedly put restrictions on the money so that Trump and family couldn't get any. However, there were members of Congress that received money for their businesses. Ilhan Omar and her husband received over 600,000 dollars. Both parties take advantage of taxpayers but some people will never acknowledge that fact.

  22.  @jamesbell491  Just what lie did the Supreme Court Justices tell Congress? I'm guessing this is concerning Roe, if so you should re-read the transcripts or watch their testimony. You are being misled by talking heads on TV and members of the Democrat Party. All the Justices said is that Roe was precedent. None of them said that they would or wouldn't overturn Roe. Like I said you have a right to your opinion, but its just an opinion. Also the Supreme Court Justices are not "sitting in judgment of others." The Supreme Court's purpose is to interpret Congressional laws or previous cases through the Constitution. Even RBG said that the 1973 ruling of Roe was not on sound legal grounds. Now maybe your opinion of me is that I'm against abortion. However, I do believe in a women's right to choose, up to a certain time, 16 - 20 weeks. Do you ever wonder why the democrats have failed to codify Roe? Nancy Pelosi tried recently and failed. Have you read the Bill? If you have, then you know why it failed. The DOJ is investigating Trump,. If that does result in an indictment, the District of Columbia would hear the case not the Supreme Court. Maybe instead of worrying about me serving for jury duty, you should worry about yourself first.

If they want help from the federal government they need to ask. So far almost all have refused help. Chicago is one of the cities that asked for help.

Remember Obama said Trump would need a magic wand to bring back manufacturing jobs and lower the unemployment rate. I guess Trump found that magic wand! If our economy pre Covid was because of Obama, why couldn't Obama achieve 3.5% unemployment? Trump has done a lot of good things for ALL Americans. The First Step Act (which helps minorities and people convicted under Joe Biden's 94 crime bill). Trump increased funding for HBCU'S, created economy zones in minority communities (with Tim Scott). He gave school choice to parents. He has deregulated government agencies and streamlined agencies so there's no overlap. He recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, which previous president's have promised but never delivered. He brokered a deal between Arab countries and Israel. That's just off the top of my head. There's a lot of things he's done but doesn't get any credit from the media.

  34. Manchin did the right thing. He represents a red state that only gave Biden 29% in 2020. 2/3 of the state doesn't support BBB. Plus there are at least 50 other Senator's that don't support it either. Let Schumer hold his vote and see how many other democrats vote no.
