@jamesbell491 Just what lie did the Supreme Court Justices tell Congress? I'm guessing this is concerning Roe, if so you should re-read the transcripts or watch their testimony. You are being misled by talking heads on TV and members of the Democrat Party. All the Justices said is that Roe was precedent. None of them said that they would or wouldn't overturn Roe. Like I said you have a right to your opinion, but its just an opinion. Also the Supreme Court Justices are not "sitting in judgment of others." The Supreme Court's purpose is to interpret Congressional laws or previous cases through the Constitution. Even RBG said that the 1973 ruling of Roe was not on sound legal grounds. Now maybe your opinion of me is that I'm against abortion. However, I do believe in a women's right to choose, up to a certain time, 16 - 20 weeks. Do you ever wonder why the democrats have failed to codify Roe? Nancy Pelosi tried recently and failed. Have you read the Bill? If you have, then you know why it failed. The DOJ is investigating Trump,. If that does result in an indictment, the District of Columbia would hear the case not the Supreme Court. Maybe instead of worrying about me serving for jury duty, you should worry about yourself first.

All of you who want to get rid of the Electoral College truly do not understand the value of the Electoral College. Our Founding Father's were brilliant when they created the Electoral College!

@jamesbell491 The Founding Father's did not want a pure democracy because it would lead to mob rule. They devised a system in which states with more population didn't have more voting power over smaller or less populated states.

@jamesbell491 That's not what I said, you obviously don't understand how the Electoral College works. SCOTUS and the Senate are not minority rule either. The Democrat Party controls the Senate. A majority of the SCOTUS Justices have to vote together on a case ruling.

@jamesbell491 The democrats can't pass BBB because they can't get members of their own party on board. Trump did promise infrastructure. However, Nancy Pelosi would never bring the Senate Bill to the floor for a vote. I don't like McConnell and I thought it was wrong to deny Obama his Supreme Court pick, but the court has not been "packed". Packed is what the Democrats are talking about doing, wanting to add Justices because they didn't get their way or they don't like the outcome. You want to blame someone for the appointment of SCOTUS, blame democrat Harry Reid for getting rid of the filibuster for SC Justices. It's your opinion that the Justices committed perjury. The DOJ has not brought forth any case of perjury.

@jamesbell491 BBB is a Democrat Party policy. If the democrats would negotiate with the two members of their party and members of the Republican Party maybe it could gain bipartisan support and pass. There are parts of BBB that most republicans don't support. Therefore, their representatives in Congress won't vote for something that is not supported by their constituents. Like I said, it is your opinion that those Justices lied. Plenty of other people have lied under oath to Congress and not had any repercussions. Both parties play the game and neither side suffers any consequences.

@jamesbell491 Apology accepted. You're right, I wish more people were more informed. A lot of people don't have the time to devote to doing research. I didn't when I was younger and you can't rely on the media to be truthful.

@jamesbell491 The world would definitely have been a better place. Had he lived he would have made great contributions to the American people. In my opinion most media has a bias narrative, either right or left. There usually is some truth in their narrative, you just have to weed it out. Like you said there are many people who are easily duped. If only we had news that just told people the facts without the spin. Blessings to you 🙏
