  1. I found that the Pentagon is in charge two days ago. I was reading about the shadow wars that they carryout and bases they set uo without congressional approval and knowledge. They sign contracts wirh countries and use the people as proxies to carryout their shadow wars. So yeah, the Pentagon are the ones in charge of 🇺🇸 foreign policies.
