  1.  @johnnybegood3017  absolutely. Legal chain of custody is sacrosanct. It's not trivial. Gazprom should not touch that turbine with a ten foot pole. Just having it unsecured and out of it's packaging for Shultz to touch and display, is voiding this legal chain of custody.

  2. The legal chain of custody for this turbine was broken. It sitting unwrapped, unsecured in Germany with Shultz touching it, is the reason Gazprom will never take it. The equipment may have been compromised, and not covered by insurance.
