She is actually telling us Germany was told with "strong and clear conversations" aka "threats", about the destruction of it's essential energy infrastructure. Nuland is famous for saying f the EU. Nuland has immense power in the deep state. A commenter said the pipeline was sabotaged on 26, September, 2022, and this is the date of Robert Kagan's birthday. There are no coincidences.
