If America is underwriting Ukraine war expenses, and paying all of Ukraine s administrative and civilian salaries, then America have a big say in how Ukraine operate in this war. America is also directing and coordinating their strategies. America is the only nation giving press conferences about the direction of the war and even set up a command center in Germany. Now they are boldly stating they have military on the ground as so called "advisors" and "inspectors". The USA playing coy and saying Ukraine has to decide on their own, is a lie for noobs. No one on this planet was born from their mother's behind.
