You are ignoring the biggest reason, which is the decades long exploitation by France on these poor people. The deposed president was a French puppet who allowed the continued stealing of Niger's resources. The military has decided to protect the people's interest instead of the corrupt, puppet politician. Captain and leader of Burkina Faso explained at the Russia African summit that they have been under the most brutal form of colonization and slavery by France for decades. The people in Niger are celebrating the take down of the corrupt president. That's democracy as the will of the people is satisfied. Even France had a revolution to get rid of greedy and selfish ruling elites.

  5. Russia will help Africa get a fair competitive price for their resources. Russia is not exploitative. Africa is being liberated with the assistance of Russia. That's why you see Russians' flags being waved by the Africans.
