The head of the presidential guard is immensely rich, benefitting from the family gift. France has a history of organizing coups and aid in assassinating strong and defiant African leaders. France francophone policy is to support anyone, be it a dictator, family dynasties tyrants, those who do electoral coup by changing their constitution, anyone who furthers Frances's agenda to continue colonization in West Africa.
