Brics is there to help the developing countries get to use their I wn resources to benefit their own population and to weakened tbe hegemonic grips of the usd through sanctions, strangling loans from IMF, WORKD BANK and the exportation of the USA inflation to the developing countries whenever the USA raises its interests rates. More importantly, BRICS do not interfere in the sovereignty of other countries. BRICS is solely a trading block.

  14. The rules based order is not international LAW. It's just a phrase the USA made up to con the world into thinking that they are the arbiter of what is right and wrong. The USA changes these "rules" whenever they like. For example, in 2014, Victoria Nuland, from the Obama administration, organized a coup in ukraine to overthrow the elected president . Then she was heard on the phone selecting who should be the new president. But just two weeks ago, she flies to Niger to tell the military that they should follow the constitution and reinstall the elected president of Niger. You can't make this shhht up. In Syria, the USA is occupying a sovereign country and stealing its oil, and ships it back to the USA. These are their rules, but it's not international law. The USA is skirting international law, with their con game of an "international rules based order." Very clever.
