@swiftflight7927 Rules based order is an American made up rule. It has nothing to do with international law. Rules bases order is whatever American says is right or wrong. And America is still occupying parts of Syria, a sovereign country.

The rules based order is to co-opt international law. Already the phrase has confused you, to accept this term which is the intent.
