great questions. Old money is the foundation of their current wealth. Old money is coverd with the blood of indigenous people all over this planet. You left out the French. Wow. France has been in Africa for 300 years, yet you blame Russia for all the mess. When France and nato killed ghadafi, this destabilized the Sahel, and it gave rise to ISIS, and other jhardist running rampant in north Africa. Before nato destroyed Libya there was no upheaval in the Sahel region. Those African countries were pretty much terrorist free. That's my history lesson for today.
