They all have a common thread and is run by the same like-minded group of people. The Atlantic Counsel, The Washington Institute, The Brookings institute, Chatham House and the most influential of them all Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Don't let their dovish names fool you. They are all responsible for the direction this wold is headed. Robert Kagan is also influential in Americans foreign policy decisions.

  37. I read a comment from an Australian who said the shake up in Ukraine is worrying Japan and Australians. Changing from fired to suspend is a softer blow. The Kiev regime is not trustworthy. Zel's inner circle are slinking away quietly with their ill gotten gains never to be seen again. Treason is not rewarded with suspension, because it is too serious a charge. Especially for people with such an important position in government. It just does not add up nor make sense.
