  1. A Chinese professor said that there is one of several reasons for the Russia and China friendship. He said that over thirty years ago Putin and the Chinese government settled over 8000 territorial disputes with China. This led to an ease of tensions between the two countries. It is paying off dividends to both countries today.

  4.  @ernestoherreralegorreta137  the professor stated about thirty years ago. He was a presenter a month ago at the Washington Institute. It is on their YouTube channel. He also mentioned that Putin is versed in any topic and China was impressed how Russia/ Nabulina (sp) navigated Russia out of the financial sanctions.
