  2. The people dieying are not his own. They are Russians. All the destruction are happening in the east, where Russia is taking over. He's not worried about those people. His Ukraine military is a mixture of nzis and christian Ukrainians. Zel is eating and sleeping well, he's just waiting for the signal to leave Ukraine and enjoy his billions.
