The strong and United arm of the USA and Europe stifled some of these country's development. They can slow down Africans progress, but they cannot stop the inevitable rise of that continent.   9.  @OsintFirst  thanks for the detailed information. There's really a lot at stake. These are scary times, it's touch and go I guess.. I have learned that the West had always hated Russia, no matter what good Russia had for Europe. I read a poem from Alexander Pushkin written in 1833 about the hate Europe has for Russia. Nothing has changed.

  11. Europe in the past under various monarchies engaged in 100 years of war. They fought and argued over colonies they conquered. In 1884 Germany organized the Berlin conference, where European nations divided up Africa. However, again these European nations in the early 20 th century waged two world wars. Europeans naturally do not like each other and can't get along. However, collectively, they hate Russia. Their hate for Russia will be their undoing. You don't go to war with your energy supplier.
