  3.  @alexg7836  It's the USA Think Tanks. They formulate policy and strategy for the American government. It's not one person, but a number of people in consensus. They all have a common thread and is run by the same like-minded group of people. The Atlantic Counsel, The Washington Institute, The Brookings institute, Chatham House and the most influential of them all Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Don't let their dovish names fool you. They are all responsible for the direction this wold is headed. Robert Kagan is also influential in Americans foreign policy decisions.

  12. Russia is depleting Ukraines manpower. I read a commenter on a pro ukro site lamenting about where are the soldiers to back up Soledad and Bakhmut. Indeed where are the soldiers? I know in the West, thousands of ukrainian are being trained as NATO soldiers, to use NATO weapons. Russia has more info than we do however, and is prepared for a NATO war.
