Russia is no longer trading in the dollar, so it's meaningless to compare the two currencies against each other. .The real value, in are between the trading partners for the exchange of real goods. A new unit of measure is being developed by BRICS to pinpoint this value. The world is using more and more of their own local currencies to trade between one another, and leaving out the dollar. Do not lament about the FX disparity between the Ruble and the dollar, this is not a true measure of the health and wealth of Russian economy.

A new store of value and medium of change is being developed by BRICS, as more and more countries trade each other's currencies. The real value are in the trade between each countries in their real goods. Do not cite in dollars anymore, as that will no longer be a valid unit of exchange for BRICS and SCO and AESEAN after BRICS currency come into play.
