  1. Janet Yellen went to China asking them to buy its debts. Many countries buy America's debt(Bonds) Japan and Great Britain being the two who buy the most. It's a ponzi scheme to keep the dollar viable. If these debts are not bought, then there will be massive inflation in the United States as the dollar will be at home- base by the trillions, and devalued. America borrows money from China.
