  2. The oil embargo in this coming January, will shut down oil refineries operated by Rosneft, which will lead to thousands losing their jobs in eastern Germany. In addition, fuel prices will increase and diesel and petrol shortages will be experienced in this region because those refineries were the supplier of those aforementioned commodities.
