So you did not sanction these items, but you very well know the Swift sanctions will stop purchases. The Africans was blaming you, the EU for food shortages. So just last week you removed sanctions from several Russian banks in order for the African countries to regain purchasing from Russia. But you are depending on the ignorance of the viewers to tell your deception.
