In addition the Minsk agreement ratified by the UN was admitted by Merkel and president Hollander of France, to deliberately not be implemented by Ukraine. This non implementation of the agreement was to give Ukraine time, to be NATO trained and armed with weapons to go to war with Russia. In other words, NATO is using Ukraine as a proxy to weaken Russia. These are all verifiable facts. In conclusion, war in Europe was a calculation by the EU and USA and the UK as they goaded Russia to attack to defend its borders and defend ethnic Russians in eastern Ukrainian who wanted autonomy.
