The Russians found out about a false flag the Ukrainians were staging. The Ukrainians were taking out dead bodies from hospitals and placing them in basements of building and were going to claim the Russians massacred people in the basements. Russia made this scheme public.

@UnionGunSlinger in the real world we live in, in wars waged by rulers from time memorial, innocent people die. That is unfortunate. However, whatever the outcome, the world moves on, and go round and round, even after a catastrophic nuclear disaster the world will continue on. See Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan.
