  2.  @RUTHLESSambition5  Africa still need Russia's help in aspect of military training and sophisticated weapons. Even Belarus is getting nukes from Russia and Wagner training. Africa is not yet ready to take on any European countries by itself. Even Assad is still getting huge help from Russia. As Europe becomes more impoverished they will return to their old invasive and murderous conquering ways. France declaring to have airstrike on Niger is the first sign of this.
