  1. This is what the propagandist do. When Russia is clearly winning and gobbling up territory, they come up with a story of Putin's failures, for the consumption of the ignorant viewers. The MSM feed bullshit stories so that the viewers would be hopeful and happy believing lies about what is going on in the battlefield. I would advise those who want another look, to watch the Military Summary Channel for other information and move away from this echo chamber of misinformation.
