Russia have carried out many strikes like these. They hit numerous baracks, hotels holding mercs, and other sites where NATO and Ukrainians were housed.

@z-America Emil Cosman had a segment where he said on Ukrainian television, a Ukrainian- military official admitted that Ukraine is a shield for NATO. This official also said that Ukraine is using their bodies to fight Russia and NATO countries are required to supply Ukraine weapons. He said that Ukraine is a testing ground for NATO and he is sure Ukraine will join NATO after the war.
