You lie. Only 78 countries signed the piss conference. There are only 193 countries in the UN. There are 54 countries in Africa almost one third of the world of nations. Only 7 vassal dependent African countries signed the failed piss conference communique.

Those 7 African countries are dependent colonies of the United States. The overwhelming remaining 47 countries in Africa did not even show up to the piss conference. The majority of African nations are on Russia's side.
