@DTJKFU How can you know for certain that Zel never jailed his political opponent or ordered the killing of anyone?. I know for a fact that he jailed his political opponent Viktor Medvedchuck. We also know that Zulushny's second in command was blown to bits from a birthday gift. We know that Budanov wife was poisoned. We know that a helicopter crashed, killing the Interior State minister, Secretary of internal state affairs, and four other government officials last year. Zel has dirty hands.
