  10. DoD don't care where their weapons end up. All sales are final. . They left 80 billion dollars in weapons in Afghanistan and didn't even blink an eye. These so called inspectors are in Ukraine to test Russia's resolve in attacking USA troops. I sure hope Russia has zero tolerance for USA boots on the ground and find and destroy their enemy.
