  4. The kiev regime had no more legal authority in ukraine. There is no legal president and the parliament legal authority ended on 8/11/2024. In essence everything zel is doing is illegal and shoukd not be recognized by the international community. Ukraine is a failed state at this point, run by a junta of usurpers.
