The people in the USA state department are truly psychopathic. They are daring Russia, by saying they will give Ukraine the greenlight to attack crimea. This is so reckless, and Washington will eventually get what it deserves. I truly believe they want to escalate this into WW3 and at the same time project this desire unto Russia, accusing Russia of desiring this. The deep state and their Think Tanks need to be destroyed.
