  13. Whenever the FEDS raise interests rates, it strengthens the dollar and makes commodities cheaper for Americans and more expensive for everyone else. The interest high rates decimates the buying power of emerging economies. Oil is priced in USD and has a great advantage over everyone else. OPEC+ decreases oil production to nullify this USA advantage and to stabilize oil prices.
