The trains are running along the tracks every morning. You can see it running in this video but of course it won't open this year.....they have to cut up and replace the same small section of sidewalk on the other side of the road from the tracks over and over. People can't use those trains if that little piece of sidewalk is not "just perfect". What a fu$cking joke. Any one of us do this type of thing in the private sector and we would have been fired a long time ago. Politicians however seem to be rewarded for their incompetency.
