  2.  @JJjameson_-nq5mb  cops may not care but courts do. If you can prove you didn't know you won't get anything. And if they are some how able to prove you did know then you will not get anything because our sentencing system is a joke. What you save on the car can be put towards legal fees.....on the off chance you even get to court. If cops can't prove you didn't know (and many times even if they can) they won't do $hit because it is not worth their time in paperwork because they know the court will throw it out and it is better for them to spend their time trying to go after the seller of the car then the buyer.
