  1. The railings around the falls are surprisingly very low. And they have stone "block" like bottoms on them that are large and easy to sit or stand on. Tourists constantly stand up on them and lean over to see the water better. There have been a few accidents with people falling over the falls. Just look up Japanese tourist that fell to her death. She also climbed up on the railings and was sitting on the top of the fence when a gust of wind blew her umbrella and caused her to lose her balance and fall over into the gorge and die. With all the people climbing up on the railings you would think park officials would put something along the top like spikes to prevent people from climbing up or sitting on them.
