So instead of building more low income housing, cutting red tape to allow builders to build more supply, lowering interest rates making mortgages and cost to own a home lower etc etc etc our politicians are letting landlords jam a hundred people into a space designed to hold 10. Once again our incompetent politicians put a band aid on a problem and pat themselves on the back for a "job well done".
