  1. More biased reporting. When something happens anywhere in the city they put the small intersection that it takes place at but when something happens in Scarborough they put "Scarborough" in the title and say it as many times as they can. Little baby just died under suspicious circumstances and all they provided was the building address. If you don't live anywhere near the building you wouldn't know where in the city it took place. But something (anything no matter how minor) happens in Scarborough it is Breaking News with "Scarborough" repeated as many times as they can This isn't really in a larger part of Scarborough. This is closer to Markham then it is most places in Scarborough.
