  1. You know up until this point i wanted to believe California had some redeemable qualities mostly because i am a 90s guy with fond memories of places like San Diego. Now i am growing closer to the side where i will be vacationing in Texas and as far socal is concerned if the big one hits and sinks California it won't be soon enough. That's assuming it doesn't fall under better management or does a calxit and becomes somebody else's problem.
