  1. No term limits on Supreme Court Justices was supposed to guarantee their independence from the rest of the government. That's why the left kept trying to pack the court they knew they couldn't do anything about being a Justice for life so they thought putting a ridiculous number of Justices would offset what that no term limit ruling was supposed to accomplish. As far as the legislative branch is concerned, and wherever else it can apply, I say limit them to either 1 term or 2 terms. If the states want an elect till they drop kinda thing well that has to be up to the states citizens I am afraid but at least the federal government which is higher up on the totem pole can be limited.
