  1. Actually I have to disagree with Waters on Taiwan and let me explain the basis of my disagreement because it gets rather complicated but I will try to keep it simple. China has never ever had a stable unity. A particular area, territory, whatever belonging to that country is the typical rhetoric always used as a way to make it stable but it always goes the same way. In truth the only time China ever saw stability was under the Ming dynasty which lasted 300 years but even that government fell into the same trap all the others did and even the current government is now facing. You don't have to take my word for it pick any province in China and look up it's history I will bet you anything it is a conquered kingdom with the CCP being it's current occupiers. So with that said the international community may agree Taiwan is part of China but the reality is more complicated than that and involves a conflict that was never resolved. Now am I assuming a leftist position on this? No I am just saying anyone saying something or someone belongs to China, specifically China, fact check it first because there is a lot going on in China and it's more or less related to this complex cycle that always repeats itself in China's history. The rest I fully agree on.
