I have always loved Chinese people but never trusted the Chinese government. In fact I am a firm believer that sooner or later everyone is going to have to come to terms with the reality of China whether they like it or not. Maybe not today maybe not tomorrow but just this thing in Hong Kong alone is starting to make people realize supporting their government is akin to selling your soul to the devil. An extreme parallel maybe but one that is probably not far from the truth.
